Andrea Martin Gaddis

Andrea brings over a decade of nonprofit development experience to JustFaith Ministries. Prior to joining JustFaith, she served as the first dedicated development staff person at the Equal Justice Initiative (EJI), a national nonprofit committed to ending mass incarceration, excessive punishment, and racial injustice. Before her time at EJI, Andrea consulted with museum and social service organizations throughout the country at Daniller + Company in Austin, Texas, and she taught middle school students in St. Louis as a Teach for America corps member. Andrea holds a Bachelor’s degree in English Honors, Government & Liberal Arts Honors, from the University of Texas at Austin, and earned a Master’s degree in Secondary Education from the University of Missouri-St. Louis.
