Program Terms and Conditions

Carefully review the following five (5) policy commitments and responsibilities:

1. Terms of Use

Registration for a JFM program provides you or your sponsoring organization [i.e. individual, small-group, church community or parish, college or high-school, etc.] rights to use the electronic program materials for one (1) calendar year after the date of registration ONLY.

2. Limits of Use

The right to use these materials automatically expires one (1) year from the date of your registration. Sponsoring organizations must re-register and pay the program fee each year.

3. Benefits of Registration

This registration affords you [your sponsoring organization] the following benefits for (1) year after your registration date:

• Permission to convene multiple, concurrent small-groups in your parish or faith community.
• On-line resources for recruitment, training, and program implementation.
• Phone and email consultation with JFM program staff.
• Access to supplemental print and video resources via JFM Book and Videos.
• Access to electronic resources for ongoing supports at the conclusion of the program

4. Copyright Requirements and Restrictions

All JFM program materials are copyright protected. JustFaith™ and EngagingSpirituality™ logos and masthead are trademarked. Do NOT copy, forward or reuse electronic materials (including: outlines, questions, activities, retreats or prayers) without express permission from JFM (jfmbooksandvideos@justfaith.org or 502-429-0865).

NOTE: JFM Books and Videos sells DVDs licensed for group viewing. Lower priced versions for home use may be available elsewhere, but these do not include permission for use in group settings. When you purchase directly from JFM Books and Videos, you also support our non-profit ministry.

5. Cancellation, Refund and Reapplication Policy

After purchasing a JFM program registration, if you are unable to form a group, you may request a refund within five (5) months of the date of registration. A $25 processing fee is deducted from the refund amount.

You may transfer a program registration fee and apply it to any other JFM program registration by submitting a transfer request (in writing)* no later than five (5) months after the date of your initial registration. The credit must be used within one (1) year of the date of registration for the original program. If we do not receive a refund or transfer request within five (5) months of the date of registration, the registration fee is forfeit.

Return Policy on books and videos: Customers may receive a full refund (less shipping) for items returned within 14 days of delivery date. Items must be returned unopened, in original condition to receive a refund.  A 15% restocking charge will be applied for materials returned after 14 days of the delivery date. No returns will be accepted after 45 days of the delivery date.  Please contact us at 502-429-0865 if you want to do a return.
