Moving throughout the country, this pilgrimage through stories takes us from post-Katrina New Orleans to the suburbs of Houston, a Native American reservation in Arizona to downtown Chicago.  Jeff Korgen takes us to various sites of the Catholic Campaign for Human Development and gives us glimpses of the triumphs and joys experienced when people come together in common purpose and strive to reach beyond their circumstances to make things better.
