2022 Mary and Gary Becker Social Justice Award

We are excited to announce the 2nd Mary & Gary Becker Social Justice Award!

Participating in one of our programs is just the beginning of the journey. The real work begins when graduates go out into their communities and create social change. This award recognizes a project or ministry, led by a JustFaith Ministries graduate or group of graduates, that has made an impact in their community, state, nation, or world.

Mary and Gary Becker participated in the first JustFaith class ever offered. Their experiences and learning charted a new and unexpected course in their lives, one committed to justice and JustFaith. They made a remarkable difference in the decades to follow as they were, as Mary describes, “launched from Louisville to the world.” (Read the rest of their story HERE!)

The 2022 recipient will receive a one-time financial award as well as national exposure.

Meet our three finalists and learn about the inspiring action they’ve taken to address the root causes of injustice and serve with love.
