JustFaith Ministries (“JustFaith Network,” “we” or “us”) values transparency and privacy. In this Privacy Policy (“Policy”), we describe how we collect, use, and disclose information that we obtain through our website, www.justfaith.org, as well as the services available via our website (collectively, the “Site.”) The policy will also describe what choices are available to you regarding the use of your data, the security procedures in place to protect the misuse of your information, and how you can correct any inaccuracies in the information. By accessing or using our Site, you agree that we will collect and handle personal information as described in this Policy. Your use of our Site, and any dispute over privacy, is subject to this Policy and our Terms of Service, including its applicable limitations on damages and the resolution of disputes. However, we work hard to protect your information at all times, and protect your information in several ways. Your information is stored on a secure server that JustFaith Ministries and its authorized personnel can only access through a password. Additionally, we encrypt your sensitive information to prevent third parties without authorization from intercepting your information when it is in transit to us.

JustFaith Ministries does, however, share contact information with our partner organizations, Bread for the World and Maryknoll, up to once a year. You may choose to opt out of this by contacting us at info@justfaith.org and requesting that we do not share your information with our partner organizations.
From time to time, JustFaith Ministries may use return email addresses to answer the email we receive from you. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose. Your Personal Information will not be collected for use that is in violation of the law, or unrelated to what is discussed in this Policy, unless you are also provided an opportunity to opt-out or otherwise prohibit such unrelated uses.

Our Use of Cookies. JustFaith Ministries uses cookies to remember certain user information. Please be aware that despite our best efforts, no data security measures can guarantee 100% security. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or compromised passwords or for any activity on your account via unauthorized password activity.
Children Under 13
Our Site is not designed for children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will delete such information from our systems.
